Jon Whithaus has partnered with Golf Placement Services and Brendan Ryan to assist student-athletes and their families to navigate the process of finding an appropriate collegiate fit and provide guidance toward reaching perfromance goals.

As coaches, Jon and Brendan have had the opportunity to recruit and compete against many of the nation's coaches. As Brendan turned his attention to college placement, he wanted to expand his network, as well as better understand each college situation. As a result, over the last 5 years Brendan has visited over 500 college campuses to see dorms, campus lay outs, facilities and academic buildings. This gives the GPS team unique insight into the each college environment. Below is a map of the campuses visited to date

GPS is unique to the environment because of the background of the staff. Each staff member has not only a strong coaching background but also has a sound understanding of the technical aspects of the game. This allows us to be superior references to coaches.

As a company our goal is to find you a place that best matches your academic, social, financial and athletic ability. Since each college has different attributes, we want our athletes to understand each unique environment and what they can expect in their future role with the team.

The college recruiting process is complicated. Our goal is to provide you honest and valuable feedback so that you can make the best decisions for your family and student athlete.

GPS is honored to have strong business partnerships with the Danish Golf Union, European Golf Ranking, Nova Scotia Golf (Canada) and many of the top junior players and academies in America. These players have trusted us, why don’t you learn more?
